What is your experience in buying quantities of items at Walmart when a coupon says “limit one coupon per purchase”. I had a cashier there tell me I had to do separate transaction but I pointed out to her that it did not state limit one coupon per transaction, per purchase is each item. Right? Wrong?
You are correct. The one coupon per item purchased means just that, one MANUFACTURER coupon per each item purchased. Thereby, you may purchase 40 coffees and use 40 manufacturer coupons. You may even use one manufacturer coupon and stack that with one store coupon per each item purcahsed, so long as the store allows you to do so and there are no stated limitations on the coupon.
I was just at Wal-Mart and got Colgate Baking Soda & Peroxide Whitening Oxygen Bubbles (sorry about the long name) for free plus some overage in savings. It is not posted but it rings up at .60 and a Colgate coupon came out for a savings of .75. Also, the Crest Pro-Health Clinical Gum Protection 4.0 oz size is on sale for $1.25 but not posted on the sign. I used a coupon that just came out for $1.50 savings on any Crest Pro-Health toothpaste sized 4.0 or larger.
