I don’t know about you, but I hate cracked heals especially during the summer when it’s time to wear sandals! So, I started pedicures in the comfort of my own home!
I have learned so many amazing recipes such as a peppermint foot soak and a chocolate coconut brown sugar scrub which keep my feet feeling fresh, soft and pretty! Instead of paying outrageous prices at the spa for a pedicure, invest in some ingredients to mix up your own concoctions at home to pamper your piggies and you can have a pedicure whenever you want! Foot soaks and scrubs also make an affordable, special gift for any occasion and they last for a long time! Invite a few friends over for a spa day! You can never have enough girl time or enough pedicures!
Relaxing Peppermint Foot Soak
Any type of foot soak sounds fantastic to me, but a soothing peppermint foot soak is so nice! Just imagine after a long day of being on your feet and sitting down for 20 minutes to this magical mixture. Your feet will tingle, smell good and feel revived! This recipe doesn’t require many ingredients either. You just need epsom salt, baking soda, peppermint tea bags and peppermint essential oil!
Chocolate Coconut Foot Scrub
This chocolate coconut sugar scrub smells so delicious! Get rid of that annoying, dry skin by scrub, scrubbing it away! Mix up coconut oil, almond oil, brown sugar, cocoa powder and coconut essential oil. The coconut and almond oil will leave your toes feeling moisturized and the sugar acts as an exfoliant! Store the sugar scrub in small mason jars and tie on a ribbon for the perfect present!
