Meal Planning: This Weeks Menu, and Starting 10 Day Cleanse
Starting February 1st, I will be doing the 10 Day Advocare Cleanse again. I haven’t done it since November, and it’s suggested you do it every 90 Days. This is a Cleanse you eat with and I really love it. So I have planned out my meals and I am ready to go. . Most of the items I already have with the exception of the Produce & Fish. Last time Zaycon came around I purchase my boneless skinless chicken breast and my freezer is stocked.
Update from last weeks budget: I didn’t go to the
store to buy any grocery items scratch that I forgot I went to Albertsons and bought the Egglands Best Eggs then wished I didn’t because Eggs are cheaper at [intlink id="35944" type="post"]Fred Meyer[/intlink], but I did a little stockpiling and bought bleach from QFC & Popcorn for the kids movie night at Albertsons. I have a few dollars left, but I will be using that this week as I am buying some extra Rosarita Beans during the round up for the kids. I also hope to make a trip to [intlink id="35949" type="post"]Bartells [/intlink]and pick up some almonds.
Meal Replacement Shake or Eggs & Spinach
Kids: Cereal, Eggs or Pancakes
Tuna Fish, Avocado & Homemade Salsa (pray for me on this one)
Kids: Peanut Butter & Jelly / Fruit
Tonight- Spahetti Sauce over Squash
Tuesday: Chicken Breast with Roasted Fennel & Carrots & Quinoa
Thursday: Taco Salad – Cod, Homemade Pico de Gallo Over Lettuce
Friday: Dinner at Friends
Saturday: White Chicken Chili (no flour or milk) Kid Favorite!
Sunday Scramble- Use what we got
Almonds or Protein Shake
Celery & Hummus
