It’s go time my friends! Summer is only 20 days away and I am getting ready for it. I am doing another 24 Day Challenge and at the end I will reward myself with a new swimsuit! Because many of you have asked me about this I thought I would start journaling exactly what I do.
I am skipping the cleanse phase because you only need to do that every 90 days, so I am just following the Lean in 13 Program and I will be doing it twice through. My husband on the other hand will be doing the full complete 24 day Challenge. In the last few months I have basically been following the same eating plan (paleo diet pretty much), but enjoying some cheat days here and there (like wine). What’s cool is my results are still improving – that’s because this is not a diet, I have changed my lifestyle.
How does the Lean in 13 program work?
You have 3 Burn Days and 1 Refuel (the only difference is on the refuel day you add in low/metabolic carbs and fruit into the diet)
Day 1 Burn Day:
Starting at 136lbs – FYI I really don’t care if I even lose a lb. I am hoping to have more definition especially in the belly area, 4 kids essh it’s REALLY hard!
7:15 am Before Breakfast – Take 1st packet of MNS, 3 Catalyst, 2 Thermoplus and Spark
Breakfast – Meal Replacement Shake
Lunch 2 Eggs Scrambled with Spinach, chopped orange peppers and onion topped with Salsa – olive oil spray to cook
3 Catalyst and other MNS Packets
Snack – Almonds & Spark
Before dinner I was a little hungry and stuck a fork in the pepperocini jar and ate a few
7pm Dinner – Baked Cod – lightly salted with garlic pepper, Grilled Artichoke Hearts (I broiled them this time)
A cup of tea
Water consumption 3/4 of a gallon
Todays Workout – 1 hour of Zumba
