What does coupon from 1/29 SS insert mean?
It refers to the Smart Source coupon issued in January 29th Sunday Paper. You will be able to find the date on the spine of the insert. Coupons Inserts that come in the Sunday Papers are (SS) Smart Source, (PG) Proctor & Gamble, (RP) Red Plum, (GM), General Mills. Each week will vary and most holiday weekends will not include any inserts.
What are Catalinas?
Catalinas are typically coupons that you will receive triggered by items you buy. The print out of a box at the end of the cash registered
They can be either an Advertisements, Manufactures Coupon or Money back on your next order. For more information read here

What local grocery stores double in the Pacific Northwest?
Albertsons- these are typically called Twice the Value Coupons. Albertson’s will allow 3 Twice the Value Coupons (issued certain dates of the month no pattern to it) and up to $1.00 value in one transaction. You may not double any coupon over $1.
Safeway in Oregon and SW Washington will double the face value up to 4 Manufacturer’s coupons up to $0.50 each per transaction.
How to get so many good coupons?
1. First the Sunday Newspaper
Local?
Coupon Connections readers pay only $99 for a six (6) month home delivered Daily Herald newspaper subscription. This will include the delivery of one (1) newspaper every day and four (4) additional papers each Sunday Delivered!. That is a total of 5 Sunday papers. This is a joint subscription and individual starts and stops are not permitted. Specifically, you cannot stop 1 of the Sunday papers for a month and then restart. It is an “all or none” subscription.
Also note that this price is based on it being prepaid for the complete term. No extensions will be permitted for temporary vacation stops to ensure that all expiry dates remain in synchronization.

She said that the easiest way to do this is through email. Put COUPON CONNECTIONS in the header. But if it were me I would not feel to comfortable with emailing my CC information. So you can totally call her just make sure that you have your CC ready. She works M-Th and if you want to get the paper by NEXT Sunday you should do it before next Thursday.

2. Internet Printable Coupon Sites: These are in-post and are called printable coupons these can either be the same or different value giving all readers a chance to get the deal. Free Printable coupons are typically 2 per computer and are NOT to be copied under ANY circumstances.
