Day 7 Advocare 24 Day Challenge | Mom what’s for dinner?
Most of the time when people hear about my eating plan, they think it sounds great, but more often then not I am asked – “Well what do you feed your kids?” Here’s what I say – They eat, what I eat! The only thing I really do different is I allow them to have a carb option – tonight that was rice. Some of you are probably saying – OH well I have the worlds most pickiest eaters that just won’t work for us. I am right there with you – each night I get this blank stare and there is a 90% chance one of them will ask – “Do we get dessert tonight?” That is code for – if the answer is yes then I will swallow this food whole, washed down by water. I simply tell them I don’t talk about such things until dinner is over. It’s important for me that my kids learn how to eat and how to eat well.
Day 7 Burn Day:
Before Breakfast – Take 1st packet of MNS, 3 Catalyst, 2 Thermoplus and Spark
Snack- Meal Replacement Shake
Lunch – Copper River Salmon baked in toaster oven, Slicked Red Peppers & Hummus
Snack – Almonds
Dinner – Chipotle Glazed Chicken with Spinach Salad -(dressing was the vinegar out of the pepperoncini jar)
Exercise – Insanity Recovery Video – much easier
