Day 5 Advocare 24 Day Challenge | Insanity!
Today I started the first video of insanity. I was going to wait a couple weeks, but because the car was in the shop and making it to the gym wouldn’t be easy I decided to give it a try. It.was.Tough. BUT doable! There may have been a couple times when I had to crawl to get back up, and couldn’t do as many ski ab planks as I would hope, but I finished the whole 40 minutes! - I love a good sweaty work out!
Tonight was also community group night – said no to the cake and the what looked like really good wine
Day 5 Burn Day
Before Breakfast – Take 1st packet of MNS, 3 Catalyst, 2 Thermoplus and Spark
Breakfast – 2 Hardboiled Eggs – didn’t want to have a shake because of all the jumping that insanity brings
30 Minutes Before Lunch: other vitamin packets, 3 catalyst & Spark
Dinner – Peanut Butter Chicken with Sauteed Broccoli & Peppers – Topped with Chili Pepper Sauce (I love spicy food!)
