Day 3 Advocare 24 Day Challenge | Chipotle!
Nothing terribly exciting. It was sleepover night, which means pancakes for the kiddos in the morning, we are out of powdered sugar so they were easy for me to resist. I hate syrup.
Here is how the day went
Day 3 Burn Day
Before Breakfast – Take 1st packet of MNS, 3 Catalyst, 2 Thermoplus and Spark
Breakfast – 2 Eggs Scrambled with Sauteed Onions, Spinach and Peppers
30 Minutes Before Lunch: other vitamin packets, 3 catalyst & Spark
Lunch – Chipotle (Hold the Cheese, Sour Cream, and Rice – I typically do not get the beans either, but sweet hubby forgot – So I ate around them)
Dinner – Baked Salmon- seasoned with light Seasoning Salt and Pepper. Roasted Broccoli -Sliced and toss in about 1T olive oil and cook for about 15 min at 450 degrees.
Snack Hard Boiled Egg
Exercise – Family Walk.
