Walgreens Coupon Deals : 2/5 – 2/11

February 3, 2012

Here are your coupon deals for Walgreens week 2/5 – 2/11.
If you are new to Walgreens be sure to read Walgreens 101 and watch my video on how to roll Register Rewards and print out Walgreens Coupon Policy.

Few Tips for Shopping at Walgreens:

::Match-ups below list all your coupon options. You may only use 1 store coupon and 1 manufacturer’s coupon per product.

::Deals with Register Rewards (RR) are limit 1 per offer. If you want more than one of the same item, you will have to do separate transactions (and can not pay with a RR from the same item, and receive another RR for that item)

::Final price is after coupons and register rewards

If you use RR’s for a transaction that gives you RR’s, do they still print or do you have to use RR’s with transactions where you would not be getting RR’s???

In my experience, if you try and use a RR generated by your purchase of Crest, for example, when buying another Crest, the 2nd RR will not print. You CAN, however, use the Crest RR to pay for another product from another company (i.e. Cheerios) irregardless of whether it generates it’s own RR or not.

Wow…harsh, but wrong…Irregardless IS a word. It is an adjective, and it IS listed on pg. 366 of The New York Times Everyday Dictionary. Look it up!

Actually “irregardless” is not a commonly used word. It has only been around for 90 years or so. It is mostly slang, or just improperly used. “Regardless” works just fine for the exact same purpose. And saying that something is in the dictionary doesn’t always mean that it’s proper, or even a word. “OMG” and “LOL” were recently added to Websters dictionary. I don’t think she was trying to be rude, just trying to point out that it’s not correct. I think we need to address improper use of language more often. I too, find myself using words incorrectly, and would love it if someone would point it out before I look like a goof in front of people. This is coming from someone who has written speeches for several years. :)

So much for trying to help out fellow couponer Kelli…Sheesh! Lindsay and Julie you don’t have the right to wordsmith my posts. I used the word properly and if you don’t like it….tough!

They will print if it’s for a different product. So you can’t but the Sheets get a RR and then buy Sheets again and get another one. :)

I think the printable wet coupon just used 3.00 in ink

Which is why it’s important to print in B&W with a lower quality.

If you take the “quiz” on the Walgreens Facebook page, you will get a $5 off coupon if you spend $35 of merchandise. This looks like a great value this week with all of these mail-in rebates for Walgreens. The link is https://www.facebook.com/Walgreens?sk=app_234435726636754

With all of the Facebook coupons that you need to LIKE first, I have opened a second Facebook page for just these deals.

A tip for FB coupons: Like the page, print the coupon(s), then unlike the page immediately after printing. That way you don’t have a million company pages in your feed.

How can you use the 1/1 colgate coupon if it expires on 2/4 and the deal starts 2/5???
