I have a question about the Suave kids shampoo and conditioner. Would it be ok to buy 4 and use (1) $0.50/2, (1) B1G1, and a doubler for a total of $3.18 or $0.79ea?

Reply

Mindy October 30, 2011 at 10:06 am

Yes, buying 4 you would be fine, the B1G1 coupon would apply towards 2 of them and the 50/2 would apply towards the other 2. But your math is off, the bottles are 2.09 each and you would be paying for 3 of them getting one free. So 2.09 * 3 = 6.27 then subtract your 50/2 and doubler and you would be paying 5.27 for all of them or $1.31 each.

Where in the heck IS the Goya olive oil located? I looked up and down my store last time this was on sale and couldn’t find it!

How do you get the Arrowhead water for free??? Coupon is for $1 off 2 and the water is $2 at my Albertsons. Wouldn’t this be $1??

Hey Amber – any idea if we will be getting the ability to print the doubler coupons this time? Otherwise, I’m gonna have to find a place for cheap papers!!

I love it, love it, love it! A great weekend coming for us, and I am so stoked about the pasta and pasta sauce! I have 2 young sons who eat ungodly amounts of spaghetti. :)

Reply

Erin October 28, 2011 at 11:21 pm

Haha! Hollyann, I had to laugh out loud. With three sons that were always screaming for spaghetti, I know exactly how you feel! ;)

Are they ever going to let us print out the doubles again? My paper doesn’t have the insert and the printing option was the best idea they have had yet!

Reply

Amanda October 29, 2011 at 9:38 am

The arrowhead water? It printed as $1/2 8oz 12 packs..is that what’s on sale…and no way they have those for a $1?

I am sorry…That is the one downside to the coupon database. Doesn’t always have the restrictions listed. I fixed the post.

Hi,
The yeast deal doesn’t work out (as found out last time). The jar is close to $7
fyi

strips only
$2.69
-.80
$1.89 each strip

Reply

Pam October 29, 2011 at 11:40 pm

If you use the $1/1 jar or strip coupon and a doubler on the $2.69 jar or the $2.69 yeast strip…not the larger $7 jar your total would .69 each. This is the best case scenario assuming you received the regional $1/1 coupon :)

The $1/2 Dole coupon is for “Jars.” Is that the product listed here? Or by “canned,” do you mean packaged in a can?

Amber, Thanks for your reply to my creamer question. I don’t get any coupons in the mail :( :( Do you sign up to get them???

I also get the RP in the mail on Tuesdays. I live in an apt and it comes in the mail with the weekly ads. My parents live in a house and they don’t get weekly ads in the mail.
The same RP comes in the Sunday paper. Seattle Times and Tacoma News Tribune got that coupon.

So disappointed this week because I went to two different stores (one in Tukwila and one in Des Moines) looking for TTV coupons! I couldn’t find any in huge stacks of The News Tribune or the Seattle Times. There’s no way that someone could have stolen ALL of them at two different stores. What’s up?? Where are the inserts now?? I’ll check the papers in Renton tomorrow.

Ashlee Simpson October 31, 2011 at 12:10 pm

I had the same problem!

Kristine May November 1, 2011 at 5:57 am

I’ve noticed in a lot of the papers (Olympia area) I buy lately with TTV coupons, the inserts tend to be folded in half and tucked in toward the back. Guess to make it hard for someone to grab and bunch and run.

yvonne November 1, 2011 at 7:09 am

I bought the Seattle Times from the dollar tree, I always check my papers before I buy them. All of them were bunched up in the middle of all the ads, I almost missed them, so make sure to look carefully thru your paper.

I was just wondering if anyone knows if the Barilla PLUS pasta was included in the deal like the whole grain pasta is?

Reply

Nicole K. October 30, 2011 at 9:42 pm

No it isn’t in the sale. I was hoping!

Reply

kim h. October 30, 2011 at 9:13 pm

found out at my Albies in Grants Pass today that we don’t have to break up our ttv transactions anymore and we can use as many as we want in a single transaction? I’ve been out of the game for a bit is any other store doing this?

Amber October 31, 2011 at 3:20 pm

Lucky you! ;)

Be happy that you don’t have to break up your orders. I wish I lived by one that does that too.

hey refresh my memory can you use a TTV on a $1 catilina ?

Reply

Shannon October 30, 2011 at 11:28 pm

Last time i tried to double a $1 catalina and the cashier said it was “one of theirs, so I couldn’t double it”. He even asked his manager and she said no. I told him it was a manufactured coupon, but he wouldn’t let me :( I didn’t want to hold up the line, so I let it go, but I’m pretty sure I was right.

We love Prego at our house. Just got back from Albies and picked up the 50 jars of Prego I ordered. Paid $25.00 for $100.00 worth of pasta sauce(.50/per jar). Gotta love that even though I had to do 9 transactions.

Reply

megan October 31, 2011 at 11:23 pm

When did you order them? How long did it take to get them?

Reply

Stacie November 1, 2011 at 8:30 pm

ordered the prego on Friday and they said they would have them on Monday. They said they put in orders every other day.
